  1. Smart Fix Parts does not require a minimum purchase amount on wholesale orders

  2. The completion and acceptance of all orders is subject to final approval by Smart Fix Parts. Orders will be reviewed, packaged and shipped with the highest care to insure a proper transfer of ownership from Smart Fix Parts to the customer upon full payment.

  3. While all orders are carefully inspected and tested prior to shipment, it is the customer’s ultimate responsibility to review their shipment and report any missing or noticeably damaged items within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of merchandise, Smart Fix Parts is no longer responsible for any missing or noticeably damaged items.

  4. Smart Fix Parts offers a limited, replacement warranty on all, non-sale parts. Smart Fix Parts’ warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation or abuse. All replacements under the warranty will be granted through store credit. Replacements for manufacturer defects will be shipped via UPS Three Day Select unless otherwise noted. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges above UPS Three Day Select if such a service is chosen. All ‘sale’ item transactions are final and are ineligible for any return, store credit or other form of replacement. All Manufacturer defects are to be shipped back to Smart Fix Parts for inspection.

    1. All returns are to be accompanied by an original receipt, noting the exact items being returned.

    2. Returns on parts and accessories are not final until the item has been inspected by Smart Fix Parts for signs of abuse or mishandling. Consignment replacements will not be charged only if the originally purchased part is deemed to have a manufacturer defect.

    3. The payment and proper shipment of returns back to Smart Fix Parts is the sole responsibility of the customer. Items are to be shipped back in the condition in which they were received.

    4. Any billing for consignment parts deemed to have experienced abuse or negligence will be reviewed with the customer prior any charges being made.

    5. Smart Fix Parts accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Smart Fix Parts does not offer any Cash On Delivery.

    6. No items will be shipped from our warehouse until payment is made in full unless otherwise stated.

    7. Credit or 'Net" terms will only be offered to certain customers on Smart Fix Parts' consent with a minimum of six months purchasing history. All 'Net' terms will be put in writing and signed upon by both Smart Fix Parts and the Customer before any credit is given.

  5. Smart Fix Parts makes every effort possible to ship all orders as soon as they are processed. No shipments will be made on Sundays or Holidays. The cutoff time to have your order shipped same day is 2pm PST, Monday- Friday. Smart Fix Parts calculates, provides and charges shipping costs for all orders under five hundred dollars ($500) using UPS Ground Shipping, unless otherwise specified. The cost of any additional requested postage, such as Overnight, 2 Day, any AM service or insurance will be added to the customer’s shipping bill. Smart Fix Parts does not ship out of the United States.

    1. Smart Fix Parts will only ship to the address provided on the online form. Smart Fix Parts is not responsible for refused shipments. Any damage claims resulting from shipment should be filed directly with the carrier. The customer assumes all risk of loss and damage that may occur in transit of products.

    2. All Orders over five hundred dollars ($500) will receive free UPS ground service. The cost of any additional requested postage, such as Overnight, 2 Day, any AM service or insurance will be added to the customer’s shipping bill.

    3. Smart Fix Parts will provide a tracking number for all shipments. It is the Customer's responsibility to be available to receive their products on the day they arrive.

    4. Smart Fix Parts reserves the right to request a Signature Requirement for some deliveries. You will be made available of such a request before you checkout.

    5. In the event that a product is returned, the original cost of shipping is non refundable.

    6. No deliveries will be made on a holiday such as The 4th of July or Christmas. In the event that your scheduled delivery date falls on a holiday, your items will be delivered the next business day.
