At Smart Fix Parts, we deliver all the products bought from us through USPS to the postal addresses that are provided in the transaction. We request our esteemed customers to furnish detailed address along with the relevant pin code or zip code so that the delivery of the products is accomplished easily. We are however not responsible in any manner whatsoever for the delays caused because of furnishing incomplete addresses.
Kindly note that the courier agent will come only twice to deliver your item and the failure to pick up the same, you will have to visit the courier office. Once we have shipped your item, we will intimate the same to you through an email when we handover the item to the courier service. We will also provide you with the tracking number so that you can know the status of your order that has been shipped.
It will be our constant effort to deliver the items to our customers as per the schedule. But we do wish to draw your attention to the fact that there may be some exceptions now and then but not frequently. In case of scarcity of the product, or delay in shipping the product, we will inform you about the delay being caused.
